Semalam Jijie and Mehtab turun KL because nak jumpa ngan aku.
Lepas gym, diaorang ambik aku kat rumah and terus ke Naza showroom kat PJ.
Kat sana kitaorang pegi ke Superbikes showroom.
PEH!!! meleleh air liur beb!.
Tak tahan tengok superbikes.
Tapi apa bole buat, duit tak de, tengok je cukup lah, free.
Kalau ada sen aku nak angkat R1. Doa semoga Tuhan murahkan rezeki aku...
Bole la aku beli R1. Hehehehehehe

Mr. Bajau received his order today.
Whey protein, fat burner and 2 other items.
As a professional bodybuilder (in my dream, hahahahahahhaha),
i already gave him my advice on diet and exercise.
I hope he can follow them strictly.
Diet and cardio training are the main factors for fat loss.
Most people think that by doing 1000++ situp everyday will give them the 6 washboard abs.
If their diet is based on fat, carb, sugar etc,
the 6 pax abs will shy away.
So, for Mr. Bajau, wish you good luck and i wanna see the result at Pie's wedding.

Saturday Nite Fever

My friend, Bajau, from sabah came to KL last friday. We study law together in UIA. He called me and we go out on Friday, Satuday and Sunday, like those days. Tooha and Pie also joined us. Tooha not feeling well. Pie as usual, a happy man espesially he is going to end up his bachelor life soon.
Bajau is a lawyer in Sabah. He used to play football for our University team. He also the captain for our futsal and street soccer team. We won few tournement together. Pie was our manager. He was the only manager that will paint his face during the tournement like Mel Gibson in Braveheart.
