This is the 4th day of dieting. I feel like shit. Tired and hungry. When i looked at boobs, i saw burger...hahahahhahahahha. Anyway, that's totally normal. For the first few days the effect on low carb diet is like that. your body will slowly adapt to it. But the worst part is since the first day, i cannot sleep until 3 a.m. Yesterday was the worst, 5.30 a.m. Ok, may it was because i was outside with friends until 4 something but still, i dont feel sleepy at all. Back at home, took off the clothes, jumped into the bed, and still i cannot sleep. Now i am fucking sleepy. But i have to go to the gym. Hopefully tonight i can get my 8 hours sleep. UUUAAAGGGHHH...........ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz..........
