Do you want to lose fat?

Too many products claiming that they can help you losing weight. Unfortunately losing weight means you will lose some fat and a lot of muscle. The healthy way is to lose fat not muscle. You don't need supplement to lose fat. All you need is a proper diet.
A diet with high carbohidrate will cause your body to store fat. To lose fat you have to cut down your carb intake and take more protein. Red meat, white meat, egg, soy and dairy products are the best source of protein.
Arrange your meal to 4 times a day. By eating frequently, your metabolisme will increase and your body's ability to burn fat will increase too. Substitute white rice or noodle with brown rice or pasta. Include vege in every meal. Remember... when i said protein, i dont mean fried chicken or fried egg. Grill the chicken or meat and boil the eggs. Don't eat too much, just enough to "alas perut". Sound difficult huh... Wait till you see the result.
Important! Don't skip breakfast! This is the most important meal. Your body needs the nutrition from your breakfast to function properly.
